During her time at Northeastern Oliva served two years with Americorp’s Jumpstart program working in early childhood education. Olivia is passionate about educational equity for underrepresented students and is an advocate for just and inclusive systems. She joins MPF with robust experience in the nonprofit and education sector most recently serving youth and young adults with disabilities in Boston Public Schools and the Greater Boston area. Yuliya Lantsman, Program Manager
Yuliya joined as the Program Manager at MPF in May 2022. She has over 6 years of experience in managing nonprofit programs and over 10 years of experience in working with teens in the classroom as well as in after school and teen employment programs. Prior to MPF, she was the manager of YES’ teen programs, during which time she was the site-supervisor for 3 cohorts of Mass Promise Fellows. Finding ways to build up young people has been the main focus of her career and a lifelong passion. I am very excited to be in this new role to support all of your work to serve the youth in your communities! I’ll primarily be working on the data and evaluation side of things, so will soon be your go-to for everything related to timesheets, reports, and surveys. Yuliya also loves to read, considers herself an amateur film buff, and spends a lot of time outdoors—biking, paddle boarding, skiing, etc.
