Why I Serve: I serve because I know the impact my mentors had on me when I was a teen and I hope to inspire the youth I work with and uplift them to reach their fullest potential.

Why I Serve: I serve to give my youth the same support and guidance I had when I was in their shoes. I want to give my community the same love and support that was offered to me and ensure my youth have all their needs met.

Why I Serve: I serve because I am very passionate about working with the community, and my goal is to leave a positive impact on the students. I want to look for an approach that allows me and the students to boost self-confidence and provide a natural sense of accomplishment.

Why I Serve: I serve to help, to inspire, to share what I know, and give youth a leg up in making positive change in their lives. Providing access to and support in the goals and dreams of others always reminds me that the work that I am doing is meaningful.

Why I Serve: I serve because impact matters. In a world like today, it can seem impossible to make a change through one person, or to find the motivation to start a positive impact. Serving is an opportunity to make a change one student at a time, with the hope that positively impacting one life will lead to a larger effective outcome.
